AllHome continues to strengthen its position through expansions to cater to more Filipinos, particularly communities in North Luzon and Mindanao. AllHome now has a total of 45 stores around the country. It is a nationwide player with 35 stores in Mega Manila, 5 in Luzon outside of Mega Manila and 5 in Visayas and Mindanao The company recently reported a 30% increase in its net income for the 1st quarter of 2020 to P270 million and a 41% increase in total revenues for the same period.
“We have a solid pipeline of new stores around the country and have the ability to fast track construction of those stores given our affiliation with the Villar Group’s commercial and residential companies”, said Benjamarie Therese N. Serrano, President of Allhome. “We are just timing the opening of those stores given the recent pandemic”, she added.
To date, AllHome now has three branches in Mindanao: Cagayan De Oro, Butuan, and Koronadal. Residential communities including Vista Land homeowners, architects, interior designers and contractors in these cities can now easily access a comprehensive and world-class source for home and building needs. By offering seven product categories—construction materials, hardware, tiles and sanitary wares, furniture, appliances, homewares and linens—AllHome is able to provide the market a complete offering of solutions for home improvement and construction.
AllHome Vice Chairman Camille Villar said, “We are confident with the pipeline of Allhome especially with the easing of community restrictions. AllHome’s strength of being close to residential communities makes it a go to place during quarantine periods and even after the community quarantine. Consumers now deems it important to shop closer to home and in a space that’s not overly crowded for their own safety. Being a home essential provider, AllHome will continue to provide service to those who are fixing their own homes or contractors who have resumed construction activities.”
Aside from the expansions in Mindanao, AllHome also shored up its presence in the Northern Luzon regions with the addition of two new branches: Gapan, Nueva Ecija and San Ildefonso Bulacan. AllHome is already preparing for the opening of its Santiago, Isabela location which is slated to open in Q3.
