2. How to register

Step 1: Visit allhome.com.ph

Step 2: Click Sign in or Register

Step 3: Fill up the new account form

Step 4: Click Create Account

Step 5: You will receive a verification email

Step 6: Verify your account by clicking on the link given on the email

3. Payment Option

  • The deposit slip must be emailed to info@allvalue.ph within 24 hrs. after order is placed. Indicate your Order ID, Name and Contact number on the email subject after order is placed.

4. Shipping Option

Delivery/Ship by Weight (delivery by AllHome)

Book a third-party courier (delivery fee shouldered by the buyer; they will book their own courier)

5. Shipping Fee (Ship by weight)

Shipping fee will be determined on the total weight of the products ordered

6. Estimated Time of Delivery

Estimated delivery is usually within 3-5 working days after order is placed and payment is confirmed

7. Areas where we accommodate deliveries

We accommodate deliveries in areas within the 5km radius of any AllHome branch in Metro Manila.

9. Cancellation

- Once payment is made and confirmed, orders from alhome.com.ph can no longer be cancelled.

10. Refund

- We only allow refund when ordered item/s are suddenly out of stock or not available in the preferred branch of the customer.

- Refund thru PayPal or thru bank deposit/online bank transfer usually takes 5-7 banking days.
