Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy
There are few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchase from AllHome:
- Please keep your original copy of Sales Invoice. This is important when returning an item.
- You have seven (7) business days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Items must be in good condition and must be in their original packaging unless items are defective upon purchase.
- All returns and exchanges are subject for approval and evaluation of items.
- Mode of refund will be based on original payment mode.
- We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We accommodate deliveries in areas within the 5 km radius of any AllHome branch. Estimated delivery usually takes 4-7 working days after order is placed and payment is confirmed. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to places outside Metro Manila.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may vary.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
REMINDER: Once payment is made and confirmed, orders from allhomeclick.com can no longer be cancelled.
For payments made thru bank deposit, deposit slip or proof of payment must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hrs. after order is placed. Order will be cancelled if proof of payment will not be settled within 24 hrs.
